Ransomes Jacobsen, the Ipswich-based manufacturer of turf maintenance equipment has appointed an additional distributor to strengthen its position in Eastern Europe.
Golf Project Ukraina, based in Kiev, has been appointed to market and distribute the company's turf care products together with E-Z-GO golf cars and Iseki tractors in the northwest of the country. Alternativa, based in Donetsk, continues to provide complementary distribution in southeast Ukraine.
Nick Brown, Ransomes Jacobsen's Sales Manager for the region said,
"We are doing more and more business in Eastern Europe, going forward, and it has become increasingly necessary to ramp up our operations in the Ukraine, where we continue to provide our customers with Ransomes Jacobsen's premier customer support.
