I offer my good wishes and support to ... the Trade Creditors of the original business (in administration) and hope that the price paid for the business and assets was sufficient to clear all debts thereof after the preferential creditors and the administrators fees.

To be fair John thats a bit unfair..................... from personal experience I know that the whole situation is a bit like financial rape with emotional battery thrown in but you do not always have the choice in the decisions you make and one that you do not take lightly especially if you have spent a large portion of you life, and when you run your own company it is your whole life, every waking minute, building up, investing, worrying about your loyal staff, suppliers, customers etc etc etc..........
Yes there are people who purposely build up debt and do a runner or see it as an easy way out, shafting suppliers on the way, some have even managed to do it a few times, even in this close knit industry... and expect a few more to go the same way unless the Bankers who hold the majority of businesses by the short curly hairs start helping firms rather than shutting the door when needed.
Some people do not know anything else but the 'game' they are in and I do not know how you can go from spending 20 odd years plus working in an idustry such as ours then be expected to go an walk away, open a tea room somewhere rather than do what you are knowledgeable and passionate about...
Good luck to Gary I say ... the industry would miss an innovative person like you... glad to see you are able to bounce back.

Plastic.... it's The End I tell you... THE END!!!!

ive always got my doubts about these situations when companies go bust, and then hey presto, the SAME people are running almost the same company but with a slightly different name...
why did it go wrong in the first place, and how have they managed to start up again with the same business.....all too suspicious in my opinion.......

Ticky supports British farmers...!!
