The final preparations are now in place for the grand opening of Swansea’s new 20,000 all-seater Stadium at Morfa. The construction began in the autumn of 2003 with the stadium due to play host to its first fixture, a football match between Swansea and Fulham, on 23rd July.

RFL-X13-Logo.jpg RFL seeks nominations for 'Grounds Person of the Year award'
18 Jul 2005 - Rugby - Editor
Although it's normally the players and coaches who grab all the headlines in Rugby League, the Rugby Football League (RFL) are determined to recognise the efforts of the men and women who work behind the scenes throughout the year maintaining the sport's playing surfaces.

5 Apr 2005 - Rugby - Laurence Gale MSc
Welford road is an inspiring ground and with capacity gates of 16,500 it is no wonder Leicester remain one of the toughest teams to beat when playing at home. They still get crowds of 9,000 just to watch the development squads. More Inside.
