What had started as a dream, twelve months previously, for Simon Blagg became a reality on the 9th June 2012. This was when he and his colleague, Stephen Mallyon, arrived in the USA as volunteers for the 2012 US Open at the Olympic Club. It was certainly a change of scenery from their workplace - Roseville Golf Club in Sydney, Australia
