One of the possible problems for a machine not starting is fuel starvation. The first point of call therefore will be the fuel tank itself. Make sure that there is sufficient fuel of the correct type in the tank.

When a petrol engine is turned over the flywheel is rotated round on the crankshaft. Attached to the inside of the flywheel is a magnet. On each revolution the magnet passes over the coil and produces a magnetic field.
