On Friday 3rd May, a charity football match is taking place at the home of Northampton Town's, Sixfields Stadium. The match, in aid of Cancer Research, has been organised following the tragic death of 21 year old Ben Evans who died of Cancer. The Cobblers players and Kevan Broadhurst the manager will be in attendance at the event which includes an auction, disco and a late bar. All proceeds will go to the charity, so if you can get along to support the event or perhaps donate an auction item it would be appreciated. For further information telephone the stadium on 01604 588339Read more articles in General News, by Pitchcare or from April 2002.
