David Halford
It is with great regret that we report the untimely death of David Halford on the 8th September 2003, after a short illness.
As most people within the industry will know, David was the Secretary to the British Turf, Landscape Irrigation Association, a position he held for more than 10 years.
We offer our sincere condolences to David's family and friends.
