Fusarium - Thousands of lawns affected


The head of a professional lawn maintenance company believes Fusarium Disease is affecting thousands of lawns across the country

Mike Seaton, MD of Berkshire based Weed Free and The Lawn Company, reports a dramatic increase in demand to treat the disease, as well as calls for information to help gardeners control the fungus and prevent its return.

Has anyone else noticed a lot of necrotic ring spot this season as well? I've very rarely seen it before but it has appeared on many greens i have seen this autumn, presumably due to the same reasons. Is it just appearing in the south of england?
