Looking for a way to make turf maintenance easier? TurfEx topdressers are designed and manufactured in America to allow professional groundsmen and greenkeepers to meet the challenges of maintaining turf in prestige condition in the sports arenas and golf courses of the USA. Having gained a solid reputation in the USA, they have now found a place in the UK market through UK distributor, Broadwood International. Included in the range is the mounted MS2000 with a 310 litre capacity; perfect for mounting on UTV's for use on the sports field or golf course.
Most golf courses and sports clubs in the UK have at least one utility vehicle somewhere in the equipment line-up, and the MS2000 has been specifically designed for being mounted onto the bed giving a perfect low ground pressure combination for topdressing on sensitive golf greens without marking the turf. The hopper is of a polyethylene construction which eliminates the corrosion and maintenance concerns associated with similar steel built models, while also making the unit up to 40% lighter.
Another key feature of the MS2000 is the inbuilt 12v motor which eliminates the hazards associated with hydraulic or petrol engine systems. With these systems there is always a possibility of oil or petrol spillages and leaks which can burn or even kill the grass on those prestigious greens. Furthermore, it is quieter and lighter than its hydraulic or petrol rivals, involves less maintenance, and reduces fuel costs.
The MS2000 uses a highly accurate auger and spinner for accurate distribution of sand and other topdressing materials.
