IC Distributors, the leading supplier of groundscare machinery to local authorities, landscape contractors, golf courses and domestic customers, is now one of Yorkshire's leading Kawasaki dealers.
According to Peter Chaplin, sales manager at IC Distributors: "When we started, Kawasaki 2 and 4 stroke Engines were amongst the first products we supplied and their extreme reliability subsequently gave us the confidence to take on the full range of hand held equipment. Today Kawasaki's Engines and Power Products are a central part of our business and generate high levels of customer satisfaction leading to many repeat orders."
IC Distributors provides groundscare machinery of all types from hand tools to tractors and strimmers to fairway mowers. The reliability of the Kawasaki products has meant that IC Distributors has received very few warranty claims. In addition, the smooth and quiet operation of the engines has resulted in many orders from customers switching from other brands.
"Kawasaki provides us with high levels of technical and marketing support which will enable us to grow the business despite the fact that the last twelve months have proved to be challenging times for the whole economy and we look forward to continuing our mutually profitable relationship over the years to come," concluded Peter Chaplin.
