FX730V cutawayGlobal manufacturer Kawasaki's FS and FX 4-stroke vertical shaft Engines are designed to meet the requirements of the professional European market. These low-emission Engines feature versatile options for OEMs and are designed for use in the most challenging environments.

The FS and FX engines are powerful successors to Kawasaki's legendary FH range and have already received critical acclaim in the USA and Europe. They feature Kawasaki's unique Automatic Compression Release and cast iron cylinder liners with a horsepower range starting at 13.2hp.

According to Kawasaki's European OEM Manager, Horst Britze: "The FX Engines are built with HD solenoid shift starters and deliver everything that is needed when the going gets tough, whilst the FS engines have superior torque of up to 54.3Nm. We are confident that they will be the Engines of choice for the professional European market."

The FS and FX Engine ranges are designed and built to meet the requirements of the professional market. They consolidate Kawasaki's position as a leader in Engine design and innovation.

• FS Engines have an HP range of 13.2 - 22.2hp • FX Engines have an HP range of 13.2 - 31.4hp • Both ranges have OHV V-valve technology • Big block engines for high power • All models meet EU emission regulations • The FX models have canister air cleaners for best possible cleaning of combustion air • The FX Engines feature HD solenoid shift starters.
