Keith Kent, the RFU's head grounds man, will be a guest presenter at Community Rugby Evening hosted by the Warwickshire RFU at Broadstreet's Binley Woods ground near Coventry on January 22 (7pm).
Kent, who was head groundsman at Manchester United's Old Trafford ground for 15 years, has been in charge of the pitch at Twickenham since 2001.
He he will be passing on tips on good groundsmanship and the principles of improving and maintaining a playing surface during his presentation.
Ross Baxter, the RFU regional Funding and Facilities Manager for the Midlands will also be running a workshop on the risks of unincorporated legal status for community rugby clubs at the Warwickshire meeting.
