Readers of the Pitchcare magazine do not need any introduction to his regular pearls of wisdom. Now we are offering our intrepid editor Laurence Gale the freedom to communicate unedited through social networking site twitter.com.
Commenting on Laurence's new social networking presence, Pitchcare Managing Director Dave Saltman explains; "With Laurence's creative brain, passion for the industry and constant conveyor belt of Lozisms we thought him the natural candidate to entertain our members".
Laurence is enthusiastic about his new found ability to twitter; "As a former Groundsman, Greenkeeeper, Parks Manager and Cemeteries Officer I have a strong affinity with maintaining amenity facilities.
Every opportunity to communicate with the industry and the general public should be explored.
Raising the profile of groundsmanship and greenkeeping and highlighting the skills used to produce fine surfaces is important to the future of our industry.
