Souters Sports Ltd has taken delivery of two Silver 110 tractors with another two models due to be delivered within the next few weeks from local Same Deutz-Fahr dealer, J & S Lewis Ltd of Lancashire.

A further four tractors have been ordered on a contract hire basis for a 7 month period starting from April 2007.

The new equipment will be put straight into work at the De Vere Carden Park, Chester where Souters have been chosen as main contractor for Major Primary and secondary drainage works of 4 fairways.

The 17th century estate of De Vere Carden Park is set amongst 750 acres of breathtaking Cheshire countryside and has quickly established itself as one of the worlds leading golf and leisure retreats.
Nestling between the open landscapes of the Cheshire plain and the rugged Welsh hills this historic estate is well positioned to explore the surrounding area.

Robert Heath, Contracts Manager of Souters Sports, commented, "We hope this will be the start of a successful supplier relationship as J & S Lewis are a family run firm which offers great product support and a vast knowledge of equipment suitable for our industry."

"It is not just the Same tractors specification that is important to us, but the supplier's specification which has to win us over when buying machinery."
