A new MM 2012 catalogue of amenity grass mixtures has been published by Limagrain UK. It includes two new mixtures: MM 75R, which is suitable for winter and early spring overseeding of winter sports pitches, and an environmental Bee Mixture designed to attract bumble bees and insects and help increase populations.
All MM sports mixtures, including the MM 75R are treated with Headstart which is known to give faster germination and help increase sward density.
The Bee Mixture is a perennial mixture that contains phacelia, a purple flower that appeals to bees and other insects, and can provide an attractive feature on golf courses and other amenity areas.
The catalogue contains details of the entire MM range of seed mixtures for the sports and amenity markets, including popular winter sports mixtures MM 25 and MM 60. Top-rated perennial ryegrasses: Melbourne, Malibu and Milan and Madrid are included in many of the mixtures.
For copies of the new MM catalogue for 2012 call Limagrain UK on 01472 371471 or visit www.limagrain.co.uk/amenity to download a copy.
