New Appointment Strengthens Souters

Fast-expanding company Souters Sports Limited, one of the leading sportsturf contractors in the natural sports surfaces market have appointed Oliver Gluyas as Civil Engineering Manager based in the North East of England to further develop the Company's client base and services.

Oliver (27) has a strong background in sportsturf construction, maintenance and renovation, having previously worked for several large civil engineering contractors in the North East.

Oliver commented "I'm really looking forward to the new challenge and will be striving towards keeping up the high standard of work set by the Scotland and Cheshire branches."

Gluyes continued "I'm also looking towards developing the business throughout the North East and firmly establishing the name of Souters Sports as the premier sportsturf contractor in the region."

Stewart Aird, Managing Director, said: "With the recent acquisitions within the company, it is important that we now push-on and expand the services we already offer and the areas we currently cover.

Aird Continued "We were instantly impressed with Oliver's enthusiasm and experience. We believe that he is going to help to drive the business forward and provide valuable engineering back-up to the Souters group."
