The UK and Ireland sales management team from E-Z-GO, one of the leading manufacturers of golf cars, utility vehicles and light industrial vehicles, has taken delivery of branded covered trailers for the transportation of demonstration vehicles around their respective territories. E-Z-GO is a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company.
Shaun Wynne and Chris Buckle took delivery of the highly visual trailer units, which will be used, not only for transportation, but also for tournament and exhibition support.
Rupert Price, UK and Ireland Sales Manager at Ransomes Jacobsen, the distributor for E-Z-GO said,
"The recent introduction of our new RXV golf car has resulted in an unprecedented demand for demonstrations. We need to get to as many interested parties as possible, because once we get prospective clients behind the wheel, the quality of the vehicle speaks for itself.
"With these covered trailers we can ensure that the demo vehicles arrive in pristine condition and are displayed to best effect. The units are large enough to take all of the sales collateral that the team need, so in effect they have a self-contained exhibition unit for dealer and distributor support."
