Magazine - New Ransomes dealer for West and North Yorkshire

IC Distributors Ltd, based at Tockwith midway between Harrogate and York, has been appointed Ransomes Jacobsen turf equipment dealers for a territory covering West Yorkshire and the Craven and Harrogate districts of North Yorkshire. Ransomes Jacobsen is a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company.

IC Distributors are a long established, specialist supplier to the grounds care industry with a client base that includes local authorities, water companies and other utilities, contractors, golf courses and estate managers.

The company employs a total of 10 staff, three in sales, four service technicians, two administrators and a parts person at their Centre Park depot in Rudgate, close to the A1(M) near Wetherby.

Rupert Price, UK and Ireland Sales Manager at Ransomes Jacobsen commented, "IC Distributors are an established company and market a range of grounds care equipment which complements our product offering.
