Free pest control, recycling banks, leisure and community grants and a dog warden are all set to go in a big round of service cuts at Mole Valley District Council.
At a meeting on Tuesday night, the authority's executive voted in favour of 19 separate moves that they hope will save the local authority in the region of £300,000 a year.
