Pitchcare are delighted to announce they will be stocking and supplying a comprehensive range of cricket loam and include free delivery to most* UK postcodes.
From August 2011 we will be stocking over 5000 bags of the most established loam brands such as Binders, Boughton, Mendip, Ongar and Surrey with other loams available by request.
Managing Director Dave Saltman explains the development; 'Cricket Club Groundsmen have always been a very loyal and active proportion of our membership through their interaction, information, articles and products they purchase from the Pitchcare Online Store. This community has been a key factor in the successful growth of the site.' As Pitchcare has expanded we have been able to offer further lines, crucially with the service and expert advice we strive to offer all customers and site members.
The Pitchcare sales team now includes two members of staff with direct experience of cricket square and outfield management in James Norton 'Technical Sales' and Richard Sheppard - 'Technical Turf Account Manager'. If grounds staff or club volunteers wish to speak to someone with hands on experience of cricket pitch management the resource is available when they call the office. Our close working relationship with loam manufacturers and practicing groundsmen enables us to inform on issues that matter to the cricket community, Kaloam has been a particularly hot topic in 2011 and where clubs require advice they can contact us.
The range of loams compliment a diverse range of top rated seed, turf fertiliser, chemicals, sports tools and equipment that Pitchcare supply to clubs for facilities management.
Loams ordered online include free delivery to most UK postcodes and customers also have the opportunity to collect from our trade store situated in Allscott, Shropshire.
For more information visit the Pitchcare Store or contact Pitchcare on 01902 440250.
* Free delivery included to the majority of UK postcodes, transport surcharges apply to London, Scotland, off shore and some rural locations. Enter postcode at basket stage of checkout for exact charges.
