J Pugh-Lewis, well known for their sports ground construction and drainage, also operate an ISO 9001:2000 quality assured fencing service, which has been in operation for over 40 years. This service, dealing mainly with agricultural, highway and security fencing has been extended into the sports turf market.
The company now offers white plastic perimeter fencing that is ideal for use around winter sports fields (as already deployed at the West Park Leeds RUFCs new ground The Sycamores), multi-use games area fencing and ball stop fencing for all applications.
Director James Pugh-Lewis says that the company has identified a growth in the market for sports field fencing and this new development has brought the two sides of the business together. "In a sense, this was a natural progression and it means that on the sports turf side, we can now offer a complete package from design and construction to completion," he commented.
