Rolawn's Hi-Tech response to Turf Shelf Life Awarded Patent

Rolawn, Europe's largest turf grower have been recognised for their innovative approach with the award of a patent for their turf coolers. The company have been using state of the art technology to help increase their market share by developing specially built turf coolers, designed and developed inhouse.

As turf is a highly perishable product the coolers enable shelf life to be extended, which is a major benefit to stockists in periods of warm weather and are the result of many years of research and investment.

Paul Dawson, Rolawn's Managing Director commented "the Rolawn turf coolers unique 'air flow feature' extends the shelf life of our Medallion turf significantly longer than a normal refrigerated container, resulting in less waste and greater sales for our stockists. We are the only company to offer this facility".
