SCH (Supplies) Ltd, manufacturers of attachments for estate and garden tractors, are busy distributing their new full colour 64 page brochure to dealers and customers. Managing Director Andrew Rodwell is delighted to see the company's new products included, and is equally pleased to be able to maintain 2008 prices on the majority of machines.
"I think customers will enjoy reading the brochure," says Andrew "we try to be as informative as possible, but if you need any extra help and advice, we are always happy to speak to you. And a human being will answer the call - we don't do automated voices here!"
Like many companies, SCH experienced a slow down towards the end of last year, and had suffered from the poor summer weather. However, they have been in business for more than twenty years and have a loyal, local workforce, and a very low staff turnover. The whole company are proud of what they produce and Andrew believes this spirit saw them through what they hope will be the worst of the downturn.
"We are now extremely busy again, I'm pleased to say. As well as things picking up at home, we've received export orders for Sweden and Holland. We have had to recruit three new people to help meet demand." Andrew is clearly very happy to have been able to provide new employment opportunities locally, and is proud to be a manufacturer of British goods. "We source as many components as we can from this country, and I think our products are proof that British goods are the best quality - built to last!"
