A City centre bowling club is facing a bill running into hundreds of pounds after vandals ran amok on their green.
Spittalmyre Bowling Club in Bruce Street was attacked overnight Wednesday into yesterday (Thursday) with divots and upturned turf damage across the grass.
Devastated club member Alex Mason, who also acts as greenkeeper, said he was "sickened" by the incident and said the club's efforts to keep the green in good condition could be set back by months.
