The Pitchcare Fantasy Football League gives you the opportunity to win a top prize of £300, with entry FREE OF CHARGE to all members, customers and staff of Pitchcare, Maxwell Holdings and DLF Trifolium. Last year, Mr Ike successfully won the league, walking away with the top share of £750. This year we are running the league in conjunction with new sponsor DLF Trifolium, the seed house behind Johnsons Sports Seed.
The game rules are simple. You can enter by completing a team at http://fantasy.premierleague.com and then registering your details with Pitchcare. Complete the form below, and we'll send you the special code to allow you access into the DLF & Pitchcare league.
Player points are allocated and the league is managed independently by the Official Fantasy Game of the Premier League. Prize money is up for grabs to the top 10 finishers, and this year we have also introduced a pot to the best finishing team of turf professionals from one organisation or sports club. You will have to beat participating Pitchcare and DLF staff to win the money, with plenty of friendly banter throughout the season.
DLF & Pitchcare Fantasy League Prize Money Breakdown
There is a £100 bonus prize to the team of Groundsmen or Greenkeepers that accumulate the most average points. To win however, you will have to beat the top 3 scoring staff from Pitchcare or DLF Trifolium teams. This will be calculated by averaging the points of the 3 best scoring fantasy league entrants from one sports club or organisation against the top 3 Pitchcare or DLF entrants.
Watch out for last year's winners; they included: Mr Ike (Turf Student), David Holland, (Filton Golf Club), Gary Hawley (Henbury Golf Club), Gareth Yandell Henbury (Henbury Golf Club), Alan Loose (Royal Norfolk Golf Club), Gary Conway (Manchester City FC), Kiran Contractor (Pitchcare).
