THE REAL DEAL…AND RONALDO THINKS SO TOO
The 2002 European Cup winners have recently taken delivery of more turf maintenance equipment as part of their exclusive supplier deal with the
UK-based equipment manufacturer.
Ferrer Dalmau, Ransomes Jacobsen Spanish distributor, has supplied two 91cm Ransomes Mastiff walk-behind mowers for maintaining the pitch at the club's magnificent stadium and at the training centre of the Spanish Football Federation, which also serves as Real Madrid's training facility.
A Cushman Greensaire 24 for relieving soil compaction on the pitches and a Cushman Turf Truckster all-purpose utility vehicle completes this latest tranche of equipment for the Club.
Conor O'Neill, Southern European Sales Manager at Ransomes Jacobsen said, "We now supply all four Spanish clubs competing in this season's European Cup competition which along with Real Madrid are Real Sociedad, Deportivo La Coruña and Celta Vigo.
A spin-off during the negotiations was that Ronaldo, the Brazilian striker, ordered a Ransomes Super Certes for his home on the outskirts of Madrid and his team mate Solari, who plays in midfield, has taken delivery of a Ransomes Matador.
