Congratulations are in order for Tony Cundall, General Manager for Campey Turf Care Systems, as this year marks the 20th anniversary of him joining the Macclesfield-based company.

A celebration was held on Friday 25th June when Directors Richard and Jean Campey presented him with a complimentary weekend away for him and his wife and a bottle of Malt Whiskey to mark the occasion.

Tony, a well known figure within the trade and with Campey customers, originally joined as a sales representative covering North Wales, Cheshire and the North Staffordshire area and went on to become General Manager. It is in this position that he now oversees the reception of goods into the yard and is responsible for preparation of all machinery in readiness for dispatch and delivery to customers as well as overseeing day-to-day sales when customers visit the premises.

"In an age when strength of character, loyalty and conscientiousness are not always given the recognition and appreciation they deserve, we are delighted to acknowledge the sheer hard work and reliability Tony has displayed over the past 20 years," acknowledged Richard. "He has never had a day off sick in all that time and has proved himself a loyal and dedicated member of our team."
