Turfcare Irrigation wins Top Toro Contractor Award for second year running

For the second year running, TurfCare Irrigation, based in County Kildare, Ireland, has won the coveted Toro Irrigation Contractor of the Year award. The presentation was made at BTME, in Harrogate, by Simon Squires, Toro Irrigation manager at distributor Lely.

Simon Squires commented: "Turfcare Irrigation achieved outstanding sales in 2005, and actually increased sales from last year by over 46 per cent. They continue to be dedicated to the Toro brand and have really earned the award."

Pat Galavan, managing director of TurfCare Irrigation, said: "We are very proud to have won this award again. My thanks go to Lely, for recognising our contribution, to everyone at TurfCare for all the hard work they have put in, and also to our customers for their continuing support."

TurfCare Irrigation is part of the TurfCare Group, which has four companies offering a wide range of products and services to the golf, sportsfield and landscape sectors. Established in 1998, the company offers a complete irrigation design and installation service to golf courses - its core business - as well as sports applications such as football, rugby and equestrian.
