Who are you? James Lathwell, Head Groundsman, AFC Bournemouth.

Family status? Engaged to be married this September.

Who's your hero and why? I don't really have a hero but I admire anyone who works hard to achieve their goals.

What is your dream holiday? To hire a big RV and tour America.

What annoys you the most? Ignorant and rude people.

What would you change about yourself? Nothing, people should be happy with what they've been given.

Who wouldn't you like to be? Anyone involved in politics.

Favourite record, and why? Anything I can shout along to in the shower.

Who would you choose to spend a romantic evening with? My fiancée Amy.

If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do? Go on my dream holiday.

If you were to describe yourself as a musical instrument, what would you be and why? Probably a drum kit, because it is the glue that holds the song together.

What's the best advice you have ever been given? Learn from your mistakes.

What's your favourite smell? Freshly baked bread.

What do you do in your spare time? What spare time?

What's the daftest work related question you have ever been asked? Do you work on match days?

What's your favourite piece of kit? My Dennis G760.

What three words would you use to describe yourself? Hardworking, trustworthy and ambitious.

What talent would you like to have? To be able to control the weather.

What makes you angry? People who lack respect.

What law/legislation would you like to see introduced? All roads to have a cycle lane.
