At this year's SALTEX, Etesia launched a revolutionary new product which is totally unique. It holds two patents. The concept comes from Etesia's own innovative research and development team.
The unique feature of Etesia's MRM Multi-Purpose Trailer is the design of its double-skinned outer body which forms a tank for transporting water or other liquids, whilst retaining the space within the trailer itself for carrying items such as sand, soil, leaves, clippings, etc.
The trailer is manufactured from a lightweight, yet almost indestructible material to ensure strength in commercial use. Where there is a need to take water and other items such as fertilisers to plants in nurseries and gardens, the MRM Multi-Purpose Trailer's tank will transport up to 85 litres of water and the skip holds 180 litres of sundry materials. A tool rack for long handled implements is fitted as standard and there is an optional lance sprayer with rose head for watering. The tank is filled via a hose pipe.
To increase the capacity of the skip, the trailer is fitted with side panels which have a dual purpose:- When extended to their full height they increase the load capability to a huge 400 litres. But their alternative function is that they can fold horizontally over the skip to form a work bench for potting plants or carrying out other jobs. With a width of 88cm, the trailer will pass through most standard gateways. Its length is 1.5m.
Because the MRM Multi-Purpose Trailer is lightweight and highly manoeuvrable it can be either trailed behind a ride-on lawnmower or tractor, or simply pulled as a wheelbarrow by hand. Both a tow bar and handlebar are fitted and turf tyres provide ease of movement as well as preventing scuffing on grassed areas. For convenience, the trailer's foot-controlled rear-tipper action is operated from either side of the unit.
Priced at a low £745.00 plus VAT Etesia's MRM Multi-Purpose Trailer is set to be a winner in nurseries, garden centres and with other commercial end users.
