Vitax is expanding the company's UK presence with the appointment of Graham Wingfield in the new post of Area Technical Sales Advisor for the North East.
Graham, who brings 20 years experience in the Horticultural and Amenity Machinery business, following O.N.D. and N.T.A. qualifications from Askhan Bryan and Risholme colleges, will be responsible for serving existing customers and distributors and developing new business from Lincolnshire to Berwick on Tweed.
"I'm looking forward to it," he says. "I'm already familiar with Vitax products and the new post represents a welcome opportunity for a change in direction."
Vitax's Sales and Marketing Manager Mike King says that Graham's diverse experience in both the horticultural and agricultural fields will be invaluable. "It's the perfect background," he commented, "and I'm sure Graham is just the man to help take the company forward."
