Will Bowden - always banging on in the background, often about Bruce Springsteen and Mark Knopfler!

Who are you? Will Bowden, Programme Manager, Sports Turf, Cannington Centre, Bridgwater College.

Status? Married with a lovely baby, too!

Who's your hero and why? Could say my Dad, but reckon Bruce Springsteen edges it!

What is your dream holiday? A visit to Lake Wanaka, New Zealand.

What annoys you the most? Admin and paperwork.

What would you change about yourself? I need to relax more.

Who wouldn't you like to be? My boss!

Favourite record, and why? Dire Straits 'Wild West End'. Sounds just as great today as the first time I heard it - twenty years ago!

Who would you choose to spend a romantic evening with? Who else but my wife (just pips Bruce Springsteen!).

If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do? Retire and learn fly fishing.

If you were to describe yourself as a musical instrument, what would you be? The drums (always thumping on in the background!).

What's the best advice you have ever been given? Look forward and regret nothing.

What's your favourite smell? A BBQ in the summer.

What three words would you use to describe yourself? Determined, caring, passionate.

What talent would you like to have? Play the guitar like Mark Knopfler.

What makes you angry? Not getting home on time to see my daughter before bed!

What law/legislation would you like to see introduced? Anyone who drops litter gets a £100 fine!
