Win the war against snow and ice this winter with a trio of tough, cost effective, no-nonsense products from Vitax.
The SB4OSS Supaturf Salt Spreader, with its extra wide, slide opening allowing easy application, Ice Free the environmentally friendly salt alternative that's less phytotoxic to plants and animals, and a new Multipurpose Scraper, with heavy duty steel blade, reversible head and rubber blade for liquids clearance.
Launched in 2009 and giving sterling performances during last year's gruelling winter, the Supaturf SB40SS Salt Spreader sports a power coated steel tubing frame, finger tip cable control, pneumatic tyres and a heavy duty plastic body.
With a capacity of 27.5 litres it's ideal to deliver Ice Free, which is less corrosive than common rock salt has a flake format ensuring it lays where it falls and remains effective down to minus 15. Ice Free continues to work in re-freezing conditions, setting the scene for the new Multipurpose Scraper to come in and clean up.
