DANDELIONS
I wonder if other members have notice how prolific dandelion weeds are this year, possibily the dry weather, sorry if this sounds sad.

yes Nigel, they are very prominant at moment. Put down first fertiliser last weekend, weedkilling in two weeks time, in meantime they look awful with so many local finals about to be played on our pitch. So its good old bending and picking to remove for moment.

Dandelion removal
Either threat with a decent systemic weedkiller, or if ur up to it, slice the tops off leaving the root top exposed and pour a little table salt on them this does ther job v well
