Yet again it has been somewhat less than sunny, after cutting the greens this morning I got a call from the Pro to say that an old aquaintance was calling in.
So from 12.00 til 1.30 I had the pleasure of Jack & Rita McMillain's company and listened to Jack reel off one anacdote after another, sort of a preview of the book that he is writing.
Kind of golf orientated but Jack is definately a character worth listening to and the book will be worth reading next year.

You want to drop a few more names Steve mymate! How is the old boy, he used to give us a few laughs. I think driving round my old course pushed him back on the fags!
