crappy mag
yet again another rubbish month in the iog mag, just the odd interesting story and a notable highlight of a groundsman wanting all the glory of winning an award to himself-keep up the good work..........

and they also have the cheek to put a £4 price tag on the front-they should be on the stage!
7 Jul 2003 by There are many
good people involved in the IOG but the problem is
that at the top, I mean right at the top, the committee are frightened to death of change. Change of any kind within our industry will be a threat to the IOG monopoly on groundsmanship advice, they think its their way or the highway. That is why they have tried to update their site by incorporating the old everything turf site within their own. The problem is, you have to be a paid member to access it. Unless you are at the very top of the profession, you have no chance with the IOG, Thats whats so good about pitchcare. THERE IS A PLACE FOR EVERY TYPE OF GROUNDSMAN/WOMAN on this site and you all know it.

IOG
once again the vultures move in for the kill the institute should be leading the way for our industry but as usual they let themselves down, burying heads in teh sand and leave the door wide open for criticism if it's too hot in the kitchen gentlemen do the honourable thing and resign it seems that there's enough people here who want it badly enough to make the changes for the better
