Message Board - Irrigation: Available grants

Just a quick question, Does anybody know if there are any grants available to help pay for the instalation of an irrigations system on a football pitch?
Also, what about grants or help with paying for a tank that collects water off a stand roof that could be used as irrigation water?? Enviroment agency maybe?
I`m just bouncing some ideas around at the moment as how I can get my club to invest in an irrigation system? Any money available would be a massive help, or indeed just some ideas of how to go about this.
I`d like to start with a tank base, tank and pump to begin with moving up to a fully automatic irrigation system as soon as possible, at the moment we operate 2 static sprinklers and one traveler of a mains feed, its less than ideal but better then nothing i supose.
Any help, ideas, suggestions or indeed finacial donations ;) will all be greatly recieved!!
