Message Board - Football: Football Pitch Stripes (Maximum Impact)

30 Jul 2009 by Mightyjimbob

Hi guys
Got our first league game in 2 weeks and want to throw down some nice stripes on my pitch.

I normally stick to large blocks throughout the season but would like to do somthing special for our first game?

Anyone got any suggestions or pics?

Cheers Jim

Lee put some pics in a thread sometime last year - can't for the life of me think what the thread was called.
Robbo will have some pics too somewhere I'm sure.

Remember though that some of their designs take well over 24hrs to cut

With a lot of the designs you only get the maximum impact if you're looking down on the pitch from the stands.

Of course there's no bounce, bend your back and put some bloody effort in.

Is the tartan or burberry pattern quite easy to do?
