Message Board - Bowls: graden end of season renovation

i will be using my graden machine in late sept to a depth of about 15mm on one of my bowls greens.It has had major probs with moss over the years so i am going to use machine in two directions ,once on the diagonal and then in another direction .
Would anyone agree i should do second pass offset on same diagonal direction or on the opposite diagonal ,corner to corner.I am worried that if i do it on opposite diagonal i may cause diamonds of turf to lift out next summer when things get dry.(I will be spraying with ferromex to kill moss before graden ,then overseeding with 30 kg bar platinum /200 bags 70/30 dressing thru blec machine after graden )

If you do your second pass at 10 degrees to your first you will be ok. Do not go corner to corner.
