Hi Sumo, yes the article did say where it was, the Mirror 24th Nov, I had to laugh as when I saw the article it was in an office where 4 members of staff were going through our H&S files, risk assessments etc.
There are a couple of other pics on line but I thought this was the best.

Heres why shivers went down my spine seeing that, not the fact that he could have fallen off and the crane operator run the mower over him, or they both fell out the sling, mower landing on the guy while running.... where was his hard hat eh.........
