Iam a head geenkeeper and i was wondering if there many golf courses out there that a has a course policy doc. If so could you reply back to me with some tips or if any body wanted to share a copy all the better.

If you Google 'Golf Course Policy Document' One of the many sites that will come up is the English Golf Union.

A good starting point is the R&A's Best Management Practices document. It outlines what should be in the document to make it a successful working tool. I did it myself from scratch with a previous club. Initially a lot of work dealing with committees etc. but once policy is in place it makes planning, costing and understanding across the lines of managment within your club much clearer.
