I have a john deer 22 getting on a bit now , but it has been fully shot blasted and repainted the engine was stripped and new piston and rings fitted the cylinder has done one season along with new verti cut blades has new belts .

Any one with a view on what it is worth ?

Handful of dry roasted peanuts and a packet of pork scratchings!

I seem to recall test driving the 'skateboard' attached to the back of that thing... last seen heading up the M1 with a look of pure, unadulterated fear on my face!

Hope your keeping well Mark.

Felt like I was a teenager again mate!

Nice mower though, runs sweeter than my car!

I am looking to sell on as it is no longer needed . Hence the question, just need to set a fair price so i can advertise it .

Put it on the auctions page and you'll find out what it's worth and sell it at the same time.

What do you think its worth, then put it on the auctions board with offers around your value, it looks a tidy machine and only you know how much its cost to get it into that condition.
Good luck

Thanks gents for the replies , i have a friend that is interested in it so he will have first shout on it other than that it may just go up for auction on this site or the for sale board.

I would have thought that it must be worth £750 due to its age but it is in a1 condition , but i need the space for some other kit i have purchased .

How do you feel about my price a bit high or a bit low ? .

Knowing the mower Mark, I think £750 is a give away. I don't know what age it is, but it is really clean, engine sounds sweet and everything worked on it from what I can remember. If it were me, i'd stick it up for £1200 and take it from there.
