i am 31 years of age i am wondering what the best chances of becoming a groundsman are where i can learn and progress at a bigger club i have been in the trade having been at queen of the south and annan athletic also a greenkeeper i live in an area with not much in groundmanship way and am willing to move anywhere to follow my career having turf maintanence level 2 and pa1 and pa6 spraying certificates would like someone to take a chance on me so i can prove myself.

have u tried the carrers section on this website, normally jobs in football there,

if your meaning the jobs section yes i have applied for a few and alot of the time they are looking for people at a younger age to train up.

Best of luck to you Gerald. I hope something comes along for you. I would just keep trying all the clubs you can, get yourself out there and known. I was recently made redundant and my being in the south west limits options especially with two young ones to consider. Really hope you get a great position soon
