hi looking for a used middle gearbox for a major 8400 rollermower,a new one is expensive and im repairing it for a small football club ,so not a large budget. thanks ricky

go onto ebay...there is a guy called principalparts from ireland...he can supply exact copy gearbox for about £200 including post....when you say "middle"...do you mean the input box bang in the centre that recieves the PTO from the tractor...but to be honest...i always use genuine parts for all 3 of my Majors...new gearbox direct from Major is just shy of £400...but id rather have piece of mind

thanks ticky for responce if idont get a second hand one will go and buy a new genuine one,it is the T shaped one ,so doesnt go into pto
