Hi all
Where's the best place to get belts for the above.
Needed for the belt that drives the reel.
Alsi is it chainsaw oil for the drive chain

Belt now ordered from sisis.
Ordered at 1.15 missed courier so won't be shipped til tomorrow

Dear SISIS,
Having been in management within the courier industry for close to twenty five years, may I respectfully suggest, that you locate a transport company who will collect all your consignments, say at 4 p.m. on a next day delivery service, thereby potentially reducing machinery downtime and increasing your customer relations performance which, according to another thread, is taking a battering in some quarters.
I know no boundaries.

Dear Pacman & Mario,
I can confirm that this order was entered and despatched to-day - our transport company collects our daily consignments at 16:00 every day. The information that was given to Pacman was incorrect. Hope this info. helps.

Shoddy customer service, Shoddy, parts support, Shambolic Parts despatch info and shameful excuses as well as Publicity Officers masquerading as Lynn Hilton etc.
The saga continues - Can't wait for the movie.
Doug or the Publicity Officer aka 'Aeration' (is that all they specialise in?) will perhaps give us a good story on why sisis (Still can't justify capital letters) declined to attend Saltex??

Belt arrived today.
Must say person on the phone sounded knowledgeable about the machine when ordering parts but was a bit disappointed about delivery when i looked at web & said next day delivery if ordered by 2pm
Much say was very happy that part was received today.
Just blades I fitted are wrong way round sure I replaced them as they were on the reel so whoever had machine before me sold me a dummy. doh!!!
