training

i work at a tennis club which during the summer months is a7 day aweek job , this is fine but this leaves no time for any more training as i work on my own. with only an nvq2 but lots of ambition, do i look for a position with a bigger organisation and maybe some more time to my self for some more training, or do i give up on training, work hard and stay at a very nice tennis club
