Can someone help me find where I can obtain a copy of my PA1 & PA2A certificate and how long would such be kept on record.

assuming you did to through the nptc they should be able to send you another copy.
I also need to get one as mine was in my wallet when I lost it recently - so I need to sort out another card.
Of course there's no bounce, bend your back and put some bloody effort in.
