Of course there's no bounce, bend your back and put some bloody effort in.
the 30yd markers 'should' be 5 yd apart. There is no specified distance for the 15yd marks.
I say should be 5 yd as I put mine 10yd for league matches and have never had any comments made.

I know no boundaries.
Remember to stop once you reach the area assigned to the slip catch cordon area!!
In some rules, a one metre "demarcation line" should also be drawn on the outfield.

One local competition up here has a restriction on the length of the run-up. It's supposed to speed up the over rate.
Does it?
Nope!!

Mario is correct it dunt!
The bowler has his run up restricted to 12 yards or in my case, 12 strides. But, from now on I'll do it with the tape Friday evening and then finals day on 17th July.
All welcome . Woodhill Lane M/be Lancs 1300

if I had to put the inner circles down often I'd be using painted bowling markers or beer barrel tops.

Just had a phone call from an umpire in our league to say the run up marks are 15 yards!
Well well. I just do as I am told and the cricketers say one thing and the handbook, i am told, says another. 13 and a half yards it is then !!!!!!!!!!
