I'm afraid to admit I have never had to water after a renovation I've always been blessed with rain after it's all roped off..... So stupid question you should be afraid to ask number one... How does one water after a renovation and how long after should one resort to this ?

Always the same in Autumn Barry when the moon is on the wain. At least that's what I've noticed. New moon soon so enjoy it whilst it lasts. (Till full moon).

Finished senior square today, just left with a ton to go on junior square and practice wickets, travelling sprinkler ready for Indian summer, rugby pitch marked out but can't get on it after last weeks rain, it's a funny world.

Certainly an Indian summer at Uxbridge today as 400+ have descended for a T/20 game as part of a weekend of film celebrations, culminating in an awards ceremony at the O2 tomorrow. Told they are high profile Celebs v Pro's. not seen the little master yet.

Just off for the last League action of 2011. 
We are 4th, playing 2nd place at Home, if we bat first & win and max 24points and they get 3 or less we will go up, but in all probability, 4th place equalling Clubs best finish ever will do , loads of beer then reno's tomorrow
