Well, this month she's been sending us some very interesting challenges, to say the least! One of the hottest and driest Aprils on record has been followed by one of the wettest and coldest Mays. Washed out cricket matches, flooded greens and single figure temperatures have been all too common over the past few weeks. At Celtic Manor on Tuesday of this week the greenstaff, preparing the course for the Welsh Open, were unable to get on to the greens because of frost! This was followed by blazing sunshine, cold winds and a torrential downpour - all within 24 hours! Which is why our business is all about trying to help each other as much as we can. Harrod UK
